He and his legal team have a track record of achieving great results for clients who have been charged with a variety of offences including serious and complex cases (such as large scale police/customs and OFCANZ operations) involving serious drug offending through to murder/manslaughter. Your case isn’t just about the law, it’s about your life and Baden understands the trust you place in him when you choose him to represent you.
Baden Meyer attended Otago University graduating with an LLB in 2000. Following his admission as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2002 Baden worked as a member of several litigation teams in various highly regarded New Zealand firms before becoming a member of the independent bar in 2010. Baden decided to become a barrister and work for himself because he enjoys the client contact and is energised by the challenge of advocating for his clients, whether in negotiation or litigation. Baden is able to keep his finger on the pulse of his clients’ matters at all times, from start to finish. Baden relocated to Auckland after the Christchurch earthquake in 2010 and continues to act for clients in all courts and tribunals throughout New Zealand. Baden is a member of the New Zealand Law Society (NZLS) and the New Zealand Criminal Bar Association. He is an active and widely known member of the New Zealand legal community. |
